I am originally from St. Clair and have made Sullivan my home for over 32 years. My husband, Jerry and I have 2 adult children. We have been active in 4H, Sullivan Soccer Association, Sullivan Saddle Club and Meramec Community Fair Board. I have served on many committees and participated in many activities as a teacher and a parent to improve the educational and professional strengths of our wonderful school district.
Many Sullivan residents know me through my 30 years as a teacher and librarian at the elementary school. Even though I am working part time at the elementary school, I am excited about my career at Coldwell Banker Reeves. I enjoy people and like to do research. I have the time to devote to helping clients, checking facts and making sure a client has all the information necessary to make each important decision.

Having lived in the Sullivan area for over 55 years, I know the area extremely well. In addition, I have been selling real estate for 43 years. I raised two sons here and now am enjoying my grandchildren. Living in Saudi Arabia from 1978-1980 gave me knowledge of third world countries. In addition to selling real estate, I also do rehabbing and own rental properties. This knowledge gives me first hand experience in helping others who want to rehab or estimate the cost to improve their home prior to selling it. I received a BS Accounting degree from Mizzou after having graduated from Sullivan High School. I contribute my interest in creative financing to my interest in accounting and enjoy helping the first time homebuyer. I am a member of the MO Asso of Realtors-, Franklin County Bd of Realtors, Lifetime Member Multi-Million $$ Club, CRS(Certified Residential Specialist) and earned a GRI(Graduate of Realtor Institute)designation. I`ve attended St. Matthews Lutheran Church for 56 years as well as participated in many community functions. Having been a member of the Chamber of Commerce for many years, I have met many of the local business people. I enjoy people and would like to meet and help you. Ralph Hawkins joined the Coldwell Banker Reeves team in 2007. He has been in the real estate & construction business for over 20 years starting out of high school for a Michigan based commercial renovation company then going on to earn his AAS Degree in construction technology with minor studies in structural engineering and business management. He then worked in residential construction & rehab as a member of the St. Louis Carpenters Union before expanding his career into real estate sales and marketing. He has lived in and around the Sullivan area for most his life & has deep roots set here with his beautiful wife Jennifer and children Abigail & Logan who continue to amaze him everyday.
